pls make sure ur staff starts working @9am when Persona says we start @9. We, the early birds before office never got the service in Gulshan, had to wait upto 9:30 every time. Pls pls pls ask them 2 use body spray & mask while they shampoo. The last-pls ask ur mgrs 2 learn customer service attitude.

hi,last wk i had hair rebonding treatment done at Persona dhanmondi nd was extremely disapointed with the treatment as well as the service. Firstly i got an ear and face wash included in my hair wash which was v.unconfortable. And the way the staff ruthlessly pulled and straightened my hair(my head was hurting for a wk and is nw sore)which lead to my hairs breaking.my hair is worse nw than before.
