Montinutra’s mission is to convert forest industry side streams into valuable ingredients for the cosmetics, food & beverage, and chemical industries with our scalable technology. We have a vital research and innovation background and a solid global patent portfolio in key markets. Our pilot operation in Turku has the capability and know-how to extract high-value bioactive compounds from sawdust. We are preparing to build an industrial-scale process in 2022–23 that will produce sustainable and ethical wood sugar extracts from Spruce sawdust.
