Dimpora membrane

Dimpora membrane
Innovative textile finishing
Dimpora create a new generation of fluorine-free, fully microporous – highly breathable, and waterproof membranes. And that’s only the beginning. We believe in a world where outdoor clothing protects people as much as the nature we all enjoy. Unfortunately, the industry has not always been able to fulfill this promise in the past. Either forever chemicals (PFCs) were used in the products and especially the membranes or the quality and performance of the clothes were not acceptable. These chemicals are seriously harmful to health and once released into nature they cannot be recaptured. The founders of dimpora, Mario and Anna, didn't want to accept this and therefore started looking into the problem. They came to the conclusion that membrane processing needed to be completely rethought in order to reunite performance and sustainability. The result is our patented template removal process used in the manufacturing of our microporous membranes to provide the apparel industry with a real sustainable alternative without any compromise in performance.
