Bangladesh ministry of Defence (MOD) is located at the Gonobhaban Complex, Sher-E-Bangla Nagar, Dhaka. It is under the control of the Honorable Prime Minister. This ministry deals with the budget, statutory and regulatory matters and to certain extent establishment and administration subjects of the armed services. Moreover other organizations including the inter-services departments are under the regulatory control of this ministry. During the care-taker govt. MOD works under the control of the Honorable President of the republic.
